Tamara Tatishvili

Tamara Tatishvili recently assumed the role of Head of the Hubert Bals Fund at the International Film Festival Rotterdam, where she is responsible for the overall strategy and vision of the fund. She simultaneously acts as Head of MEDICI - The Film Funding Journey (organised by FOCAL), where she develops and oversees annual workshop programs and strategic direction.

Her career highlights include serving as the Director of the Georgian National Film Center and co-founding the Independent Filmmakers’ Association - South Caucasus (IFA-SC), where she also served as Executive Director. Tamara has held various key roles, such as Strategy and Partnerships Manager for the European Women’s Audiovisual Network (France). Tamara is a returning expert at ImpACT LAB of Marche du Film in Cannes and a member of the selection committee for the Investor's Circle.

Misan Sagay

Screenwriter Misan Sagay, won the NAACP Image Award for Outstanding Writing in a Motion Picture for Fox Searchlight’s critical box office hit, BELLE. Also nominated for a Humanitas Prize, Sagay’s screenplay was inspired by the true story of Dido Elizabeth Belle, the illegitimate mixed-race daughter of a British admiral who was raised by her aristocratic aunt and uncle. Sagay’s producing and screenwriting credits include SECRET LAUGHTER OF WOMEN, starring Colin Firth and Nia Long; and the award-winning, critically acclaimed ABC television movie, THEIR EYES WERE WATCHING GOD, starring Halle Berry and executive produced by Oprah Winfrey. Her TV credits include Sky TV Series GUERILLA and RENAISSANCE FOR HBO Directed by Barry Jenkins.

Danielle Turkov Wilson

Danielle Turkov Wilson, Think-Film Founder & CEO, is a global leader in film impact, pioneering an inspirational new vision for how film can influence high-level policy and drive tangible change for communities. Before founding Think-Film, Danielle worked within the highest levels of creative policy strategy in President Martin Schulz’ Cabinet in the EU as well as members of parliament across the EU spearheading many projects on radicalisation, minority rights and women’s empowerment. A leader in impact programmes, Think-Film pioneered Cannes impACT 2021, for a more sustainable and impactful industry. In 2022, we co-launched newly integrated impact programming at Locarno Film Festival.

Una Gunjak

Sarajevo born, Paris based writer, director and editor, Una Gunjak studied in Italy and then in the UK, at the NFTS, where she graduated from the Editing department. Her short film ‘The Chicken’ premiered at the Cannes’ Critics' Week in 2014, won the European Film Award for Best Short Film and competed at Sundance Film Festival. ‘Excursion’, Una’s first feature premiered at Locarno Film Festival 2023, taking home the Special Mention Award. It went on to screen at more than 50 festivals so far, winning along awards for Best Script at FAF Belgrade and Best Actress at Marrakech Film Festival. ‘Excursion’ has secured theatrical release in 20 countries across Europe and the Mediterranean. Una is an editing consultant for the First Cut Lab and the Dok Incubator.
