Eventival is an interface platform between you and Sarajevo Film Festival. The Visitor Page simplifies communication between you and Sarajevo Film Festival. Once you create your Eventival Account, you can provide us with your contact information. If there is a suggested email address (the email you received the Festival invite), please use that address, or contact us if you want to change it. Should this be the first time you are accessing Eventival using that address, you have to reset the password - click on 'I forgot my password' - in order for Eventival to create your account. Please contact us if you want us to resend you this invitation to an e-mail address tied to your Eventival Account.

If you forgot your Eventival password, you can easily recover it by following these steps:
Open the Eventival login page: Click 'Continue with Eventival' button.
Click on the "I forgot my password?". This is located under 'Login' button.
Enter your email address: On the password recovery page, you will be prompted to enter the email address associated with your Eventival account. Make sure to enter the email address you used when registering for Eventival.
Submit the password recovery request: After entering your email address, click on the "Submit" or "Send" button to submit your password recovery request.
Check your email: Eventival will send you an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Open your email inbox and look for an email from Eventival.
Follow the password reset instructions: Open the email from Eventival and follow the instructions provided. This may include clicking on a password reset link or entering a new password directly in the email.
Set a new password: Once you have followed the instructions, you will be prompted to set a new password for your Eventival account. Choose a strong password and make sure to remember it.
Log in with your new password: After successfully resetting your password, go back to the Eventival login page and log in using your email address and the new password you just set.

To access the list of professionals attending CineLink Industry Days, you will have to login with your Eventival credentials, and on the dashboard access the option Who is here.

To make your way efficiently throughout the programme and combine your different interests, you can now book your place at different talks and presentations and have it inserted in your personal agenda that will be available on your Visitor Page ahead of your arrival to the Festival. In order to personalize your schedule, we kindly urge you to select your preferences of Industry activities on your Visitor Page - under section Events.

Selected guests have the opportunity to book meetings. You can book meetings directly on the project’s page by clicking on the Would you like to book a meeting? That is located on the bottom of each page, where you will be able to select timeslots of your preference. To access this, you will have to login to your Eventival account. The deadline to request meetings is the August 18th. Day before the meetings we will confirm your final schedule. The ideal CineLink Industry Days strand for you is – CineLink Work in Progress. CineLink Work in Progress is a showcase of 10 feature-length fiction and two documentary films in the production or post-production stages from Southeast Europe, the Middle East and North Africa. The projects are presented to high-profile industry professionals (funders, sales agents, distributors, broadcasters and festival programmers) with the aim of assisting their completion and enhancing their distribution possibilities. Call for Entries is published once a year on Sarajevo Film Festival’s official website, so please regularly follow our communication channels for more information.

The ideal CineLink Industry Days strand for you is – CineLink Co-Production Market. We are looking for feature-length fiction projects in development and financing stages from first-time filmmakers and established authors. Projects can be at an early stage, but should at least have a producer, writer and a director/creator attached when applying. In order to apply to CineLink Co-Production Market it is required to submit the script, applications that don’t meet this criteria will not be considered for final selection. The official language of the CineLink Co-Production Market & Drama is English, therefore the application and all other required materials must be submitted in English language. Call for Entries is published once a year on Sarajevo Film Festival’s official website, so please regularly follow our communication channels for more information.

The ideal CineLink Industry Days strand for you is – CineLink Drama. We are looking for series projects in development and financing stages. In order to apply to CineLink Drama it is required to send the following materials: project bible and treatment or the pilot script of the first episode (2 materials needed), applications that don’t meet this criteria will not be considered for final selection. The official language of the CineLink Co-Production Market & Drama is English, therefore the application and all other required materials must be submitted in English language. CineLink Industry Days focuses on feature fictions and drama series in development. Unfortunately we do not have a dedicated programme for feature documentaries in development. Nevertheless, we have designated programmes for documentaries in editing phase.

The ideal CineLink Industry Days strands for you are – Docu Rough Cut Boutique, Docu Talents from the East and CineLink Work in Progress (one exceptional documentary submission is selected for this strand). Organized by Sarajevo Film Festival and Balkan Documentary Center, Docu Rough Cut Boutique is a regional platform dedicated to documentary projects in the advanced phase of the editing process. The programme is organised in three modules: Budapest, Sofia, and Sarajevo. Organised by the Ji.hlava International Documentary Film Festival, Docu Talents from the East presents upcoming documentary films from Central and Eastern Europe. 8 new feature-length creative documentary projects, in production or post-production, pursue appropriate market-access points during CineLink to further their conversion and placement efforts. For all programmes, please kindly note that Call for Entries open once a year.

CineLink Industry Days guests are granted Industry accreditation specifically tailored for film professionals who intend to engage in the Festival's activities, including film screenings and networking events, as well as participate in the CineLink Industry Days program. The Industry Accreditation provides three daily tickets for movies of your preference, with a limit of one ticket per screening. Additionally, you will have access to attend the CineLink Talks program.

You can pick up your Industry Accreditation at Welcome desk located at Festival Center (Bosnian Cultural Center, Branilaca Sarajeva 24, 71000, Sarajevo).

Typically, for CineLink Talks and Festival Masterclasses, seat reservations are not required. These events are generally open to all badge holders and attendees on a first-come, first-served basis. We kindly request that you please be aware of the necessity to collect your tickets prior to the commencement of the masterclass, as popular sessions may reach capacity quickly. Entry to the Masterclasses is free, with tickets being collected online at tickets.sff.ba or at the Main Box Office of the Sarajevo Film Festival (Bosanski kulturni centar, Branilaca Sarajevo 24). Tickets for the Masterclasses are already available, and must be collected no later than half an hour before the start of the Masterclass. The number of tickets is limited.
