Everything needs marketing. Even drugs.
A young trap band Matter and its leader, a charismatic rapper DACHO, struggles to survive in the music world, when they meet a stranger, a pharmaceutical businessman ALEX, who is willing to sponsor them. In exchange they have to promote a new opiate called Ozone. Matter makes a song by that name that quickly goes viral. With the help of Alex’s old friend, psychiatrist ANDREJA and her patient BRLE who is also Dacho’s cousin, the drug spreads fast on the local scene.
SARA, a young talented singer who is Dacho’s close friend deals with a more personal problem: an abortion, after which she leaves her possessive boyfriend and moves away from her mother who is a pill addict. When one of Matter’s fans, a young Ukrainian ballerina OLGA overdoses on Ozone and ends up in coma, the media and Olga’s family conspires against them, leaving them in a chaotic state. They want to withdraw from the deal but Alex has other plans.
At the same time Dacho has to deal with big financial problems caused partly by his lottery addiction and partly by his irresponsible and somewhat manic older brother SALE who got involved into an illegal business with Olga’s parents. The stress leaves its effect on Dacho and Sara’s relationship, so she finds comfort in Alex who is a married man. He gets really possessive over her but after he almost forces her to have group sex, she leaves him, returns to her mother’s place and starts abusing Ozone as well.
When Dacho realises what happened to Sara, he gets furious and cuts brake lines on Alex’s car. Alex notices that and is very impressed by Dacho’s willingness to go far for what he believes in. Alex stops the bad media spin with one phone call and invites Dacho to join his lodge of far-right influentials. So towards the end of the season Dacho now has to find a way out of this maze: he has to help his brother, win Sara’s heart back, and take revenge on Alex. However we learned up to this point that he is not going to do anything rational or smart.

IRIDIUM FILMS is a production company based in 2016 in Ljubljana, Slovenia. Main focus of Iridium film in the years 2015-2018 were international co-productions, where we have been working on many award wining films. We made strong regional network of people who we are working with, and with the great work done in the past, we built long lasting connections. The proof of that is a fact that we are working on new projects with all the production houses we worked before. Iridium film has in-house post production and that brings extra value to our productions. In 2018 we decided to re-focus to our own productions, with emphasis on young authors. Our goal is to produce feature and animated films that strive to entertain, with universal stories, powerful characters and emotions that audiences can strongly relate to. The results are already present, as we now have several projects in different phases of development, written and to be directed by young talents. Iridium Film is European oriented production house from its beginnings. With many productions on the way , our aim is to further develop and spread our production network in Europe and Middle east.
